Clients Agreement to Initiate WP Website Support Service
- If you are signing up for service your site must currently be online and undamaged by viruses, malware, hackers and be under your control.
- WP Website Support cannot recover damaged sites that we have not already set up for recovery or provide service for sites that you can't assign administrative control to.
- WP Website Support is not liable for third party software, services or any additional users that have administrative control, beyond our own software and support personnel.
- Platinum support package eMarketing strategy and consultation sessions are scheduled in advance and are conducted by telephone or Skype.
- *Unlimited Small Tasks Assistance includes any task that takes less than 30 minutes to complete. This typically covers things such as adding testimonials, staff profiles, and updated or new page copy to your website. These tasks are submitted via our support ticketing system through the members area. These tasks do not cover advanced features such as a complete online shop or membership section installs or overhauls.
- These plans are offered on a subscription basis and do need to be paid monthly in advance. There is no contract for any of these plans and you are free to cancel anytime.
